Book a car at this location Hard to think of any negatives really! Service at the desk was prompt and thorough, we were directed straight to the range of cars we could select from and all were in immaculate condition! We went with the Nissan Pathfinder and couldn't fault it! We Will be back to you again!

This delayed leaving the airport. It might even have been quicker to go to a desk as normal. Other than that the car and process was great.

Would I use them again... most certainly!

PLEASE make a simple website where ALL cash is paid in advance, and NO further options are offered later on to tired and jet lagged customers. Alamo was great: no problems, great car, easy physical collection and return. It was the pre-collection online certificates, codes, waivers , 3rd party insurance, etc and then all the on-screen options and hoops to jump through at the Alamo kiosk which was extremely irritating. Regrettably we won't use you again.
