When we pick up the car; there was no car; we get a car from national with the same grade. We expect a some bigger car. But the car did drive fine; wife and children liked it too; and that is importend.

I had booked the Gold option and said to the man " I have no more to pay do I" no just sign for the car he said. When I got home and checked the credit card they had billed us £200.00 extra

I was very disappointed that the self serve kiosks at Orlando didn't recognise my details as I had used Alamo for this speedy service (I had then had to join the queue and wait over 20 minutes). Spoke with Alamo Manager and he said that this does happen quite often!! Mentioned it again at the desk and the clerk advised you have to have used Alamo previously to use these kiosks? Not how it was advertised!

Except that it was not clear to me what was the impact of approving the Fuel Service Option (FSO) on the contract signed in LAX, even if my fuel level was at 75% when returning the car I was charged an extra 95$.

I opted for Jeep Grand Cherokee and got stuck with the choice between a Dodge Journey and a Kia Sorento. I was informed that these vehicles are in same level as a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I disagree and find that I was mislead.

When arrived at Orlando process through Alamo was good. When we went to pick-up the vehicle there seemed to be not standard SUV to choose from. I am not sure if the Equinox fell into the SUV catagory but we made so from a small selection at the time.

Staff member a bit of a misery when I did not want any extras/upgrade. The car (Ford Edge Limited edition) was great with only 4k on the clock. Drove very well. Would definitely use US Care hire again.

Nothing but praise for US Car Hire: all details were covered, an effortless run-trough at the Alama counter, and a price that turned out to be really competitive! Any time again in the future!
