Was disappointed that the car we hired was only insured for one person. I was under the impression that the vehicle would be insured for two,which has always been the case in the past. It was an extra eleven dollars a day for a second driver. I was not prepared to pay the extra.

No problem at all with the booking but when we picked up the car from Dollar the assistant really put the hard sell on us. In our opinion we where miss sold the fuel (pre pay for full tank and bring it back empty)and definately wrongly sold pre pay toll costs. We where told we would pay $45 on tolls to drive to Tampa and various other amounts for othr destinations. this was a total lie as there are no tolls!! I did argue this fact when we got back and after speaking with several members of staff eventually had a refund. despite all this we will use you again.

I think you guys are great! I am glad that I found you. I had a few issues with Dollar. 1.) They told me I needed a Sunpass for where I wanted to go and it was not true. I could have paid at the toll road. I had to have the pass for 8 days and I needed to go to Davies only 2 days. 2) They said I had no choice but to bring the car back empty and charged me for a full tank of gas. I argued and they said I had no choice. The rental agreement says otherwise. 3) When I went to get the car the employees were ignoring customers. They told me to "Just take any car and pointed at an SUV" When I told them I paid for an economy they told me that it was a free upgrade. When someone else got into the car they told me "I lost because I was too late." They then pointed out the economy cars. It was a little wierd.

Your service was really good. Dollar let me down as they charged me with Roadsafe in a very underhand manner and I only found that out upon my return to the airport to return the car. You are ok..Dollar are not.

Very straightforward booking process with clear instructions for collection. The vehicle was in good clean condition and exactly what we needed for our group. Dollar Express meant there was no wait and all 3 drivers were added to the agreement without any fuss.Would definately use USCar Hire and Dollar again.

Dollar have charged me for up front full tank of gas (i return the car empty), although my agreement with you say NO. i showed them my contract and voucher and they said, you have two choices, we won't give you the car and you contact them and let them figure it out with Dollar, or you pay now for the gas and get your car! i was pushed to a corner and had to pay because I had a meeting in two hours and didn't have the time to contact US Car Hire. please request them to reverse the payment to my Credit card

was pleased that they offered a bigger/better car than we ordered.only bugbear was that when I refused to buy the Pass24 for the tolls, the Dollar rep said "you won't be going to Tampa or Miami then?" in a sarcastic way.I don't think they should try and pressure people into buying something they don't need.and I did go to Clearwater without using any tollroads.
