The car was from dollar, a Nissan Altima, many cigarette burns in the seat, noisy brakes and the Smart key was failing the car does not recognize the key to start, Car quality maintenance was not the best.

This time I was not satisfied. I arrived at the airport late at night and after one hour of waiting in line at the Dollar, I reached the parking lot and had no car available. 40 minutes until I reach my car.

We arrived to find out the car was to small,.Not happy. We then had to pay for an upgrade. Not happy. They then tried to sell, sell and sell more products, informing us we were not covered for breakdown cover. They then told us we would need to purchase a toll package as the toll booths no longer excepted cash, this was a lie as they do.

Hi well I am very unhappy with your company as when I arrived in Orlando to pick up my car I was told they did not have the car I booked and paid for almost a year in advance!! I ordered a 12 seater because my wife did not want to drive in America because she was not comfortable with driving there!! So after some discussion we had to have two cars which meant two lots of fuel and two lots of parking tickets at theme parks. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with the service we received and will looking for some sort of compensation for all the extras we incurred and for the distress my wife suffered for being forced to drive abroad. I look forward to your reply and explanation soon thanks.

5/6 times I've been with Dollar through this company. I won't ever use Dollar again as they have scammed me for Roadsafe which I'm told they are presently refunding me. Looking at the net it seems to me to be a common practise of theirs and I won't be using them again.

When we were to pick the rental company Dollar was rude and arrogant and we ended up having to leave without having got a car. We were not the only unsatisfied customer that evening. We are now trying to get the money back from USCarHire. This seems to be a long process and we are still in communication to get the refund.

Been renting Dollar cars since 1975 - they are the best and the most reliable. Our choice of Compact' car was perfect for the two of us - enough cabin room and enough trunk space for two large suitcases and two 'carry-on' airline cases. Any more than two people would require the next size vehicle 'up' for luggage and inner cabin space. Ample power in the engine for any task. We picked the car up in San Francisco Sunday 6th July 2014, travelled down the Pacific Coast Highway to Santa Monicam motored across the Mohave Desert and dropped it at Las Vegas Thursday 17th July 2024 - all so, so easy! The ease of pick-up and drop-off actually contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday. Thanks Dollar!

Very straightforward site to use. Booked car within 2 days of pick-up in John Wayne Airport California and process was super simple. No up-sale talk from agent, gold-inclusive package was ideal choice with all insurances and taxes and 4 drivers. Have now booked 7-seater for pick-up at Boston Logan Airport. These prices are always the best prices with the best customer service and prompt service.

I always use this site to book my car rental. We are frequent Florida visitors, and I find this site easy and quick to use, and there are never any additional costs when we collect our vehicle. The cars are always clean and under a year old we have found! Would definitely recommend!!

Booking process and obtaining voucher was excellent. Only problem was with Dollar we waited 35minutes to be served at the car rental desk in Orlando airport. Only 4 people assisting and two of them still had the same clients all the time we waited. Not good. Actual van was fine

First time for me to use dollar for a few years,as we had the gold cover I was expecting to pay nothing but I could not get the agent to understand that gold included fuel.no amount of reasoning with him worked so I had to pay for the fuel.Roulla very kindly sorted a refund for me,it was just hastle at the time
