Very cheerful and helpful agent at the Dollar Express desk who made the whole collection experience quick and easy. Nice car with high spec including full leather and reversing camera. Only down side was that there was no remote on the keys which we didn't notice until we tried to lock the car once we reached the villa. This meant that when you used the key to open the drivers door it didn't automatically open the other doors or the boot which was a little irritating.

I rented with dollar. I had to wait over 1 hour. Eventually I got another car (not the car that I requested). They charged us at the end of the rental period a fee for picking the car up in Miami and dropping it in Fort Lauderdale. National does not do that. Dollar does not have shuttle service from For Lauderdate Airport to Fort Laduerdale port. Other car hire companies do have this. I'm not going to rent with Dollar in the future.

Excellent car hire. I was particularly impressed by the service offered by your representative Roualla - I needed a hand controlled car with RIGHT controls and she went to great trouble to get me one from Dollar. Will certainly use you next time we go to the USA.

very good thankyou,,i do wish that companies would offer an 8 seater with enough room for suitcases as there seems to be a huge gap in size of vehicles for a family of 7/8

Very quick to collect, no wait at the kiosk but the choice of cars was limited and the car we chose was not as clean as it could have been inside or out. The previous customers paper work was still in the glove box and it looked as though it had been used on a building site or similar. It did look as though it had been cleaned on the outside but not very thoroughly and it didn't smell too good inside. We would have chosen another car but all the others were Jeeps and we prefer a Ford. It did drive well so we had no complaints about it's performance.

Great service as usual from US Car Hire and Dollar. We have a Dollar Express card which meant we had no wait at the desk, we went straight to the garage and were seen Immediately. Great car with full leather interior, chrome wheels, lovely bright blue metallic paint 5* it even had heated seats which we used once when the temperature dropped into the 40's One evening. Will definitely use again.

We hired the car via yourselves and at the time of booking charged $51 for the following details: Pick up date / time: 10 Nov 2013 at 16:00 hours Pick up location: Orlando Intl Arpt (MCO) 9201 Airport Blvd, Orlando, 32827, NH, United States Hours: Open 24 hours Drop off date / time: 11 Nov 2013 at 15:00 hours Drop off location: Miami Cruise Ship Shuttle Provided See Policy (Dollar) We adhered to all of the above contradictory to the details on the drop off on this survey. We understood we were to be billed for fuel and at the time of pick up were given estimated charges of $74.11, we have actually been charged $191.63 with a breakdown showing $100.32 drop charge, we have contacted dollar on the day of our return from holiday requesting an explanation of the charge and have not received a reply which we find extremely rude, hopefully you will be able to explain and hopefully arrange a refund for this unexplained charge.

In spite of the fact that we did not want any extra insurances the desk girl produced a bill for more than 300 dollars. We had to push her , 3 persons of us, to cancel this and after some deliberations it became ok. The return of the vehicle was great!

I have used US Car Hire on a number of occasions and once again very good service Car from Dollar clean and tidy I would use both again
