Excellent service form USCsar Hire! I actually changed my booking twice and both requests were handled efficiently, quickly and without fuss. Another very uneventful and successful car hire from USCarHire using Dollar cars - I'm Dollar Express member and the paperwork at Orlando International was quick and easy.

My second of three USCarHire episodes - first at Boston Logan, then two at Orlando. All very professionally handled. Slight problem with Dollar at Boston with size of their 7 seater but quickly remedied and a Dodge Caravan supplied. Checking in at Dollar Express booth at Orlando bit concerned when other customers were coming back complaining about their size car not being available, car too small etc - completed my paperwork and was told 'thanks very much, that's your car over there' - a Dodge Caravan sitting at the side of the booth with hazards flashing, waiting for me. All 3 bookings with USCar Hire through Dollar were exceptional - no attempt to upgrade or up-sell. Very smooth dealings and a great relaxed start to our 3 journeys. Another year of happy bookings for me - thanks again to USCar Hire team.

Car hire site easy to use and follow instructions etc. did not get reminder email re final payment / voucher but sensible enough to realise procedure. Dollar desk appeared to be the most popular and also the slowest to process the documentation - waited approx. 45mins - immigration and luggage collection significantly faster than Dollar staff. Took toll pass option - not sure it was cost effective but certainly speedier thro toll roads.

Fine, easy to use app, found a great discount rental at Dollar, pick up and return at Orlando Intl. Airport. Printed voucher as requested and presented at Dollars counter. Fast, kind and efficient service, took me less than ten minutes to pick up my car. Return was also fast and uneventful. I highly recommend the use of USCarHire if you´re planning for a car rental in the United States.

The queue was long and slow at Orlando. When I got to the counter there were suddenly loads of costly options which - after a long flight - I couldn't understand - I just had to sign to get the deal done. I ended up paying twice as much for the car than I thought I would. It left a bad taste in the mouth at the start of the holiday. It seemed Dollar was only interested in extra profit rather than valuing me as a customer. The fuel option seemed biased towards Dollar - and no alternative was explained to me.

With you excellent - with Dollar car hire in LA not quite. There was a shortage of staff and it took over 40 minutes to process our papers. There was also a concerted effort by staff to up sell. I did comment to the manager on the lack of staff which he did not dismiss and for which he apologised. He explained that a number of staff called in sick. He also ensured that no additional costs were imposed on the rental. So overall we are happy with the deal.

We were told to pick a car from the lot but on getting there, there was only one car available anyway. Thankfully it was okay but would have liked more options. Arrival and drop off went very smoothly. No hassles!
