Very good service, did the online registration allowing us to go direct to collect the car. The only unclear point was that we have requested a Sat Nav system which was not in the car, however after asking someone we were advised that you collect this as you leave the car-park. Would definitely use Alamo again.

We use USCar Hire every time we go to Florida and the service is great. The booking process is simple. The app means you have all your details at hand. We used one of the Alamo kiosks at the airport and it saved us queuing. The selection of cars we had was great and the car we picked was new, clean and an ideal size for us as a family. We will definitely use again.

The car we hired was great but the only problem is I was told it was the last available car in its class and the car did not come with a phoebe (key less entry and lock). The key did not lock all the doors so I used the button on the drivers door then shut the door. Each time I entered the car with the key the alarm would go off until I put the key back into the ignition. Its amazing how you get used to not using a key to enter a car ie putting the key in the lock. Other than that the car was great but disappointed obviously with the experience when opening and locking the car.

From the quote, to booking the car, the collection and it's return was very straight forward. The car itself was excellent. Clean, fuelled, very spacious and comfortable with lots of options. I also took the option of additional emergency roadside cover for peace of mind. A couple of points I would like to raise are only to do with the SAT Nav: 1- The collection and payment of Sat Nav at the exit booth made the departure from the airport a lot more stressful than needed be. We were in the exit queue for at least 40 minutes waiting for every other car to complete a transaction of some sort. This would have been easier to have organised when we got to the car collection point. Peoples patience were starting to thin by the time we got near the exit which perhaps could have been avoided. 2- Again the Sat Nav proved a nuisance not only because the speed was set to KPH (which we changed),the Sat Nav kept falling off the bracket and I nearly lost it out of the window. 3- The return of the Sat Nav could have been explained better, as it was I found someone who told me to leave it in the vehicle. Minor points to what was an exceedingly good experience. I will certainly recommend and use your services in the future. Many thanks.

Have used US car hire several times and have always been happy with its service and the car hire hence why we have returned time and time again. Still no real complaints but the standard of car has definitely gone down hill, very grubby.

Used Alamo so we had a choice of vehicles. Also used the Kiosk service which is really checkin on line which means you don't even have to use the kiosk. Just fill in all your details before leaving print out the form, go straight to the garage, pick your vehicle then when you drive out show your form, drivers license and credit card and away you go.
