A nice "mini" van. Clean and comfortable. A bonus was the adjustable roof rails enabling us to return and collect a bed box spring. The Alamo auto pickup booth worked well but it was irritating re-entering the same old information yet again.

Excellent experience. Welcomed by the Alamo desk and explained all that was needed. Was guided to an area of many vehicles that I could choose from. Chose vehicle and exited via security check to check car details were correct. Vehicle was exactly as I had asked for. When dropping off at the airport just had to wait couple of mins whilst Alamo staff member scanned vehicles barcode and checked that all was in order. (very pleasent staff and a man even carried our luggage to our check in desk). Would highly recommend this company.

1. The GPS supplied with the vehicle was defective and this caused us serious frustration for one day as we could not move around town withou a functional GPS. 2. My wife forgot her wallet in the van upon return on 29 Aug 2014. Your workers could not avail her of the opportunity to check the vehicle when she rushed back at the return point to check for the wallet. The wallet remains missing till date with some money, her driving licence and other valuables. 3. Upon return of the vehicle on 29/08/14, my credit card was charged another $52.48 for additional driver even though we paid $84.42 to cover additional driver for seven days, while carrying the car on 09/08/14.. ALAMO needs to return the wrong charge of $52.48 to my credit card. 4. I hope these complaints will get your urgent attention

Superb from start to finish - by far and away the best price, best explanation of everything you need to know in advance of arriving and then being exactly as described. If you do hire a car in Orlando and use Alamo, definitely register for the Fast Service (free) in advance. We were delayed for two hours getting to Orlando and the thought of having to join another queue after the usual US Customs process would have been simply awful. Instead, I walked up to the Kiosk, put in my booking details, drivers license etc and within five minutes we were off to select the car from those available! My children were after a black car - I have no idea why, but that's exactly what we got - a black Dodge Town & Country, complete with DVD system in the back! Four very happy children! I will use US car hire again without hesitation. 100% recommended

The rental process was fine, but after a few days, a warning light came on. I spoke to Alamo who asked me to exchange the car at the airport. This was a considerable inconvenience and caused me to miss precious time with my family.

very professional and slick pick up and drop off procedure. Vehicle spotless and with only 743 Kms on the clock. Seemed to be a top of the range vehicle. Absolutely 1st class service at a good price. But why on my return of the vehicle in the same condition as I picked it up was a member of my party given the all clear and then given what appears to be a receipt for charges of USD 75.72.
