I have taken this up as a complaint with you as I feel I've been overcharged .. for instance I was told the tank of petrol was free .. I know it states on your website not from downtown Manhattan but the girl at the Alamo insisted it was free and made a big thing about it so was disappointed to see that we were charged over $75 for this. Also, I did not to my knowledge request personal accident protection and I believe I paid upfront for the toll device. I am awaiting some clarification on this from you.

Everything was easy online. One negative is that I sent an enquiry email to the customer services asking for advice on the best package for including my 21 year old son but did not receive a reply.

Book a car at this location Collecting from South West Florida airport was a breeze compared with some of the major hub airports. I could have used the fast service machine or the counter service and the process took just a few minutes. I was not pestered to take additional insurance and the gold tariff did just fine for me. I had to return to an Alamo office after a week to add a driver and this was no problem.and no additional charge was made. A very easy experience which is what you want after a long flight.

I was slightly disappointed with the fastrack service, as the details I had spent time entering before our trip had to be re-entered into the system, which took time. If this could be refined, it would be a great system. Will definitely use again.

Very easy from start to finish. After an 11 hour flight and an arduous waiting time at immigration it was a pleasure dealing with the car hire assistant. Our car hire was booked on line and everything was exactly as required.
