I have used uscarhire on a number of occasions, and had been critical of the kiosks last year, this year I had completed all the information online before our trip and the process could not have been simpler, well done, great service.

Definitely the best of our 3 hires with USCar Hire / Alamo on our USA trip. Would have been nice to know that Alamo would pick me up from my Disney resort. There's $22 for an unnecessary taxi. Prior to our trip I specifically enquired on this site's query link and was told to organise my own way there. Alamo told me I should have called for a free pick-up. Otherwise, the car was great and the transfer from Cape Canaveral depot to the Port Canaveral for the cruise boarding was reasonably quick and efficient.

As usual, the experience was a good as it has been previously. Even managed to use the kiosk, which has never worked before. My only concern was, at drop off having been delayed due to traffic I did not have time to refuel. I was given a receipt at the drop off but did not check it until I reached the exit. The charge was for a full tank, when there was clearly at least a half tank of gas. To their credit, when I raised it with the staff at the exit, they arranged a partial refund. But I was annoyed at the attempt to rip me off.

as always a pleasure to do business with US Car hire it offers good value for money with no hidden extras with is recurring and because we always use the on line kiosk no pressure to upgrade which is also a good thing been using US Car hire for quite a few years now and will continue to do so keep up the good work

All fine with the US Car Hire experience, we have the utmost confidence in them having used them many times before without a problem. As usual the desk agent tried to sell us an upgrade when we went to the desk to collect the keys, but as we knew we had already been suited we refused.

Confusion by the customer service personnel asking me to queue while i already have checked in my rental (i.e., no need for me to queue anymore, can go straight to pick up the car).

Seems like we fell for the three card trick. Despite our other 2 hires having the same designation (7 seater Passenger Van - MVAR) we were given Chrysler Town and Countries without question for both of those hires. Strangely for this hire we were told that what we'd ordered wouldn't fit my family of 5 with 4 bags and informed we should upgrade for an additional $58 to Toyota Sienna. Turns out the Sienna is probably even smaller than the Chrysler T&C. Take my advice - ask to try the car if they suggest any change. Odds are they don't have what you want and should be upgrading for free. In our case I don't see how we even got an upgrade when the Sienna is no more than a "7 Seater Passenger Van". We put that $58 down to a lesson learned.

loved the vehicle that we had it had plenty of room and was economic( due to cheap fuel in US!) Fitted all 7 large suitcases and 5 small ones in the back after the 3rd row of seats was folded down by a very helpful Alamo guy. All Alamo people were exceptionally good and so helpful. I always chase a bargain but will "pay" for quality service in future

This is the 4th time we have used USCar Hire. We have never had any problems, we have never been hassled to upgrade on arrival at the airport and as everything is paid for upfront we know exactly what to expect when we arrive. The 7 seater passenger van was great plenty of room for the 4 of us and all our luggage.
