Your service was excellent as usual-easy and quick to use. Car itself from Alamo wasn't a great experience. Broke down within 15 miles of airport. Took them 5 hours to get a replacement to us-they managed to get lost and upset the neighbours by trying to deliver it at midnight . Phone calls to them(on a UK mobile from the middle of nowhere) and taxi to get to our house cost a fortune and no one has even offered to reimburse just an email apology. I find that totally unacceptable from Alamo and would have expected an offer not a feeble -sorry. Its hard enough travelling with small children but this was a nightmare. Will we use Alamo again? Not sure-always been Ok but this was an eye opener as far as customer service goes. Breakdowns happen but its how you deal with the disappointment of customers that sets the best companies aside from the average ones.

Very pleased, all went great, checked in online which makes it a lot quicker when you arrive. Alamo representative was very ignorant when we returned the car. Still the car was excellent so thats the main thing.

The staff were easy and pleasant to deal with, I was offered the comprehensive insurance package which I accepted fortunately. Whilst parked in Port Canaveral the vehicle was hit by another vehicle who left no details but I was fully covered. The vehicle was very spacious & easy to drive.

Had to upgrade due to car booked not being quite big enough. Pleasant service from the counter staff but we need smaller queues after 8 hour flight and 2 hour security queues!
